Leadership Coaching

This service is designed for leaders and aspiring leaders who want to enhance their effectiveness and build a strong, positive, inclusive culture within their organizations.

What it entails: We will engage in reflective conversations to identify your leadership priorities, develop well-defined goals, and create actionable plans. 

Building Confidence: We'll celebrate your successes and build on your strengths to enhance self-awareness and self-confidence.

My unique approach: My experience as an educational leader provides a unique understanding of the challenges you face. I've successfully navigated complex leadership roles and understand the importance of building teams based on trust and clear communication.

Leadership Coaching

Growth Coaching for Career Development

This service is for anyone at a career crossroads - whether you are exploring multiple options or feel stuck and unsure of the next step.


What it entails: We will work together in an initial series of coaching sessions to gain clarity and direction. I will help you identify and clarify your needs, develop an overarching goal, and ensure your action plan is both achievable and sustainable.


Benefits: Through this coaching, you will move from uncertainty to clarity, gain a clearer vision of your desired future, and build the confidence to take bold, deliberate steps forward. The sessions will focus on hope and optimism, using action-oriented tools that lead to practical outcomes which will help you take control of your career trajectory.


My unique approach: I apply principles from positive psychology, focusing on your strengths rather than weaknesses. I believe that by paying attention to what is working and what you're good at, you can uncover new insights and create a future that is not just successful, but deeply fulfilling. A simple reminder for me, and one I often share with clients, is that WRONG can be rearranged to become GROWN.

Career Development Coaching

Coaching for Leaders in New Zealand Schools

This service provides support for senior and middle educational leaders such as  principals, deputy principals, team leaders and whānau leaders. 

It creates a dedicated time and space for each coachee to reflect on performance, monitor progress, and develop the self-awareness needed to maintain balance and a sense of fulfillment in their professional life. 

 

Tailor made to fit the school, this coaching service is highly versatile. 

Examples include:

  • Provision of a supportive professional to walk alongside a principal as coach and trusted consultant.

  • Coaching for professional growth and career development of individual deputy principals 

  • Coaching of principal’s professional growth cycle to fulfil BoT requirements and help to build trust and understanding between a principal and their board

  • Coaching for professional growth and career development of school leaders who aspire to be deputy principals and/or principals.

 

In all instances:

 

The first step will be to meet with the coachee and any other relevant parties, so that we understand and agree on what evidence and process the school requires and what is the overall purpose of the coaching. 

With this agreed framework coach and coachee will engage in reflective conversations that  typically lead to clear priorities, well-defined goals, and actionable plans. 

 

Throughout the process we'll celebrate successes and build on strengths to enhance self-awareness and self-confidence.
